Yoga: Accessible to all levels, with a power class on the first Wednesday of every month, this is a great way to add some self care and fitness to your weekly routine. Stretch, move, breathe and get centered with YogaPro Anna Saluti. Your body will thank you!
Please bring your own mat, and arrive early- class starts promptly at the appointed hour.
Guided Meditation: Learn and master meditation techniques including breathing, visualization, nidra, and mantra. Beginners are welcome.
Please bring your own mat or cushion. Doors open at 6:30, class begins promptly at 6:35pm.
