Virtual Yoga for Conferences Setup

We create a title and description for your wellness sessions and provide digital marketing materials to generate excitement, clear away concerns, and make every individual feel comfortable.


2. Vetted Yoga Instructors

We find the best instructors and train them as YogaPros to engage your group and deliver an incredible session. We ensure that all of our YogaPros have professional at-home studios with quality audio and visual presentation. We are a service-oriented company, and our standard class protocol ensures that you have a seamless experience from start to finish.

3. Live & On-demand Yoga Classes

Sessions are hosted live on your platform, or in one of our Zoom meeting rooms.

Any of our sessions can be pre-recorded and presented as live!

 

How it works:

Decide what day(s) and time(s) you want to book a session. We require at least two-weeks advance notice for booking; short-notice requests are accommodated for an additional fee.

 

1.

Choose from one of our listed session types, or create a hybrid based on your group and targeted event outcomes.

4.

We find the best fit YogaPro for your session(s) and debrief them on your group, session type, and targeted outcomes.

2.

50% non-refundable deposit is due at least two weeks before the scheduled session date. No long-term commitment is required. 

5.

Send us the meeting link or we will provide you with one. Your YogaPro will join the meeting 15 minutes before the session and stay for 15 minutes after to answer questions from students.

3.

We help you create graphics and digital marketing materials to help you create excitement among your teams.

6.

24-hours notice is required for rescheduling.
