a four-week series of yoga classes for you to refresh your skills, or start for the first time.
Whether you are a first-timer or seasoned practitioner, this yoga class series will help you build a strong understanding of the fundamentals, and practice with confidence. Each session is 60-minutes. You will be guided through a series of standing, seated, and reclined poses, along with breath and meditation techniques.
You will learn:
- Step-by-step instructions on common poses
- Basic alignment principles
- Proper breathing technique
- Answers to all your questions
In a relaxed setting, this class series is a great opportunity to start and advance your practice. Don’t miss out!
Mats and props are provided. Just wear comfortable clothes that you can move and breathe in. Meet in the dining area. Please arrive early; class begins promptly at 6pm.
